    Caldwell's downtown shopping district is safe and parking is convenient and easy and accessible to shops and restaurants.  In all cases, parking in all town lots is free.  Town lots are located behind shops and restaurants up and down Bloomfield Ave.  Metered parking exists on Bloomfield Ave. and side streets.
